★ All deposits/voucher values are refundable if written notice is received 60 days prior to arrival date.
★ Cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded the deposit LESS 50% + HST. Within 30 days prior to arrival, the full deposit/voucher values will be forfeit (see policy). All credit card payments will be subject to a 3% non-refundable transaction fee.
***★ BOOKING DEPOSIT - We require a 50% deposit to reserve your booking. After clicking "PAY NOW", you will choose whether to pay the deposit via etransfer or credit cards. Booking will be instantly confirmed once payment is completed with your credit card payment. As for etransfer payment option, the system will hold the selected cottage for 24hrs, awaiting your etransfer. Please be aware that etransfer might take a couple of hours to get to the Adventure Bay account, please, therefore, DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTES TO ETRANSFER. This may result in you losing your booking.
***★ BOOKING BALANCE - You can pay the remaining 50% of your booking before check-in (we will send a reminder email in advance) or at check-in. A 3% non-refundable transaction fee will be added for every credit card transaction. E-transfer and cash are accepted at no extra fee.
